As I am sure you have noticed, I prefer to make small batches of the different things I make.
It is just my husband and I an although it is easy to store everything, I prefer to keep things fresh
(6 months or less from the date I made it) Trust me I go though it all a lot faster than that.
So when I was thinking about this post I thought of doing it a few different ways, in the end I decided to stay with my small batch theme :)
Again so simple, so easy, so fun and inexpensive :)
You will need
Beeswax
Carrier Oil (I used Sweet Almond, it is great for skin, and the scent is great with the oil I used)
Essential Oil
You will need 1 teaspoons of Beeswax
Melt it (I used a small container and did it in the microwave)
add 1 teaspoon of your Carrier Oil
Mix well
Add your Essential Oil - I used 4 drops of Peace and Calming
Pour into your locket (I bought this one at Michaels - Love their coupons)
Let cool (takes about 10 minutes)
Love this stuff!!!!!!!!
The smell is fantastic and when I want a bit more of a boost from it, I just rub a bit on my finger and then rub it on to my wrists, behind my ear, and neck :)
I like making a small batch for personal use, this would make great gifts, and be fun to have a few different to pull out and use as want to easily while looking fantastic - If you do make more than one scent, store them in different zip lock bags.
You could also skip the locket and just make a small container of it.
Either way, Enjoy! :)

Welcome to my Blog. It is All About Pampering, when using oils The Brand I will focus on is Young Living. (ONLY USE Therapeutic Grade Oils) I will be doing a lot of DIY, I really think if you can make something yourself it is so much better than something that you by in a store and have no idea what it really is, Plus it saves you money :)

Spa Bath Salts
Find a container you want to store your Spa Bath Salts in
I went to a fantastic ceramic shop and made 3 :) More like glazed and had them fired :)
Each one is a different shape, but about the same size and BONUS the lid holds a candle
For Every Cup of Epson Salt Soaking Solution use around 3 drops of your Favorite Essential Oil
If you can't find Soaking Solution mix 3 parts Epson Salts to 1 Part Baking Soda
My 3 Containers Contain :)
Peace and Calming or Lavender
When I need to rest relax and find some inner peace :)
Peppermint and PanAm (2 drops of each per cup)
When my head is just killing me, my husband uses it for his sore muscles
Citrus Fresh
When I need to feel re-energized :)

Oils to Help my Dog's Paws
I have a beautiful Pembroke Welsh Corgi - She is by far the princess of the house, we are just her people to do and she desires, and we have excepted that role :)
For as long as we have had her (5 years) She has had this issue of licking her front paws, it drives me nuts.
I did some research to see what we could do to help her
I originally tried this with just the lavender oil and it really did not help,
once I added the Peace and Calming it worked like a charm!!
I have had to reapply about twice a day - But SO Worth it :)
